cancelation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate all our clients as best as possible. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our services, please review our cancellation policy:

24-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will incur a 100% charge of the booked service.

Future Bookings: From January 2025, all future bookings will require a 50% booking fee at the time of reservation.

Why This Policy?: Late cancellations or no-shows impact our team and other clients. This policy helps us provide exceptional service and fairness to everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We truly value your loyalty and look forward to seeing you soon!

Head Lice Policy

At Heavenly Hair, maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment is a top priority—for both our clients and our team. To support this, we kindly ask all clients to be mindful of the following policy regarding head lice:

1. Before Your Appointment

We ask that clients (or parents/guardians of younger clients) carry out a quick check for any signs of head lice before attending their appointment. If any are found, please give us a call to reschedule. We completely understand and will handle this with total discretion and care.

2. If Detected During a Service

If a stylist identifies the presence of head lice during a service:

  • The service will need to be paused and rescheduled.

  • You (or the parent/guardian) will be informed in a respectful and private manner.

  • Appointments can be rearranged for at least 7 days later, or after successful treatment has been completed.

This helps us protect all our clients and staff, and ensures our tools and space remain to the highest standard of hygiene.

3. Returning After Treatment

We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as treatment is complete. If you need guidance on the next steps, we’re more than happy to help point you toward professional and effective advice.

4. Compassionate Care

We know this can happen to anyone and there is absolutely no judgement. Our policy is simply in place to support a safe and respectful environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
