First-time curly appointments are booked by time (minimum 60 minutes), with longer appointments available for thicker, denser, or high-maintenance textures.
Your stylist will take time to understand your curl history, challenges and goals before we even pick up the scissors.
Your curls will be shaped based on your curly hair, with cutting, hydration, styling and drying all done to support your natural movement and lifestyle.
Every new client receives a complimentary curl gift, hand-selected by your stylist based on your hair's needs.
It could be a hair wrap, a brush, an in-salon treatment or something else — it’s our way of helping you feel supported even after you leave the chair.

🔁 Rebooking With Real Results
After your Signature Curly Cut, your stylist will recommend your ideal return schedule — whether that’s 8, 10 or 12 weeks — based on how your curls respond.
We don’t believe in blanket rules — we believe in working with your hair, not against it. That’s why your return appointment is also booked by time with your stylist, from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes, however long your hair needs.
